What we've been doing

We have recently carried out a review of the correspondence that we send to customers who have requested to transfer or share the interest of their tenancy to another person other known as a tenancy assignment.

The aim of the review is to ensure that any complex housing legislation that is communicated by us is clear and accessible for all of our customers.
