Communal Lights at Brancaster Close

bpha will be upgrading the communal lighting within your block at Brancaster Close to LED fittings shortly.

We also intend to install sensor type fittings so that lights are not left on when not required and only illuminate as someone approaches them.

Both of these measures are intended to reduce the electricity usage associated with the lighting and therefore reduce the electricity costs.
