Residents Building Safety Group

The residents Building Safety Group (BSG) is made up of residents from bpha's high risk buildings. The purpose of the group is:

To contribute towards achieving the outcomes of the new building safety Legislation and monitor the processes that will be put in place.
To equip residents with the skills and knowledge to participate, influence & challenge building health and safety policies and practices to ensure legal compliance and residents’ safety.
Hold bpha to account where performance falls below Regulatory Standards or additional standards bpha have offered through its own Key Performance Indicators and strategic directions
