The Service Improvement Panel is a group of bpha customers (like you 🙂), who are committed to improving the service, for you. We have completed a deep dive review into no access appointments, you can view the report here.
Providing bpha access to your home is essential on the date and time of the pre-arranged appointment, not providing access means they have missed the chance to fix it or to complete another customer’s repair.
Should you not be home on the day of the arranged repair appointment or refuse access for any reason on the day of the repair, this will be recorded as a failed access attempt "No Access". bpha will leave a missed appointment card, and your reported repair will be closed.
We would like to hear directly from customers who have received a No Access card at a scheduled appointment, by you completing the No access survey below.
We would also like to hear from customers about repairs appointments, please complete the repairs appointment survey below.
