Hello
The Service Improvement Panel is a group of bpha customers (like you 🙂), who are committed to improving the service, for you. We have been completing a deep dive review into no access appointments and would like to hear directly from customers who have ever received a No Access card at a scheduled appointment.
No Access is explained in detail in the repairs policy that can be accessed to the right of the page in the widgets. We have summarised this below.
Providing bpha access to your home is essential on the date and time of the pre-arranged appointment, not providing access means they have missed the chance to fix it or to complete another customer’s repair.
Should you not be home on the day of the arranged repair appointment or refuse access for any reason on the day of the repair, this will be recorded as a failed access attempt (No Access).
Where we record a “No Access” bpha will leave a missed appointment card, and your reported repair will be closed.
We would appreciate it if you would take the time to complete the short survey below and if you would be happy for a member of the SIP panel to contact you about your experience, please let us know.
Thank you
from everyone on the SIP panel.
You can opt into be entered into a prize draw to receive £25 love to shop voucher for completing the survey below that's open until the 10th July 2025. You will also be entered into a prize draw to win £75 love to shop vouchers, for taking part in any activity on the Place between now and the 12th September 2025. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.
