Hi
We hope you have heard of the Customer Service Improvement Panel by now. But if not, that's okay. We are a group of 10 bpha customers (like you), who work with bpha to help improve the services we all receive.
SIP have been completing a review on the current repairs responsibilities that are bpha's, and also those that are the customer's responsibility.
We have been researching into what other landlords do and do not do, and have been speaking to teams across bpha to gather lots of information. We are using this to make recommendations for any changes we propose to the current responsibilities or to the information provided.
Here is a link to the website that provides a guide on the current maintenance responsibilities. https://www.bpha.org.uk/living-in-my-home/responsibility-for-repairs/162/. This is a guide for bpha rental tenants and not Shared Owners. Shared Owners, Right To Buy (RTB) and Leaseholders are responsible for all repairs.
We would love to hear from other customers on your thoughts on the questions we have asked in the survey below.
Thank you for your time and for helping to create a better housing experience for everyone.
From the Service Improvement Panel.
Please complete the survey below for a chance to win a £25 love to shop voucher. For every additional 25 completed surveys we receive, we'll add another £25 voucher to the prize pot, so the more people we hear from, the more chance you have of winning. Please complete this by 16th March 2025. Terms and conditions are attached.
