As part of bpha’s commitment to providing safe and secure homes for all, we are investing in refurbishing a number of our high-rise blocks in Bedford.
Ashburnham Court will be the first flat block in our regeneration programme and a comprehensive programme of works has been planned to improve the thermal efficiency of the building as well as making it a more attractive place to live.
United Living have been appointed as the main contractor who will be carrying out the refurbishment and works are due to start Summer 2021 with refurbishment lasting for approximately a year.
We are keen for residents of Ashburnham Court to get involved with the community improvements to the block as well as provide feedback as the works progress. If you would like to find out more, get involved or share ideas please register below.
