We are currently reviewing our Neighbourhood Management Policy, (current policy attached in documents) that details our approach to managing communal areas and land owned by bpha, aiming to create a safe, secure, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
We held a focus group with customers recently and so far, the new policy will include the following areas:
Communal Cleaning and Caretaking
Fly tipping, Grounds Maintenance
Tree Management
CCTV/Security
Health and Safety in Communal spaces
Estate Inspections
Communal Repairs
Parking and Abandoned Vehicles
Pest Control in communal areas
Play areas
Tenancy Enforcement – communal ASB type issues
Role of Managing Agents
Sheds
Cycle Stores
Refuse/Bin sheds
