We are currently reviewing our Neighbourhood Management Policy, (current policy attached in documents) that details our approach to managing communal areas and land owned by bpha, aiming to create a safe, secure, and well-maintained living environment for residents.

We held a focus group with customers recently and so far, the new policy will include the following areas:

  • Fly tipping, Grounds Maintenance
  • Tree Management
  • CCTV/Security
  • Health and Safety in Communal spaces
  • Estate Inspections
  • Communal Repairs
  • Parking and Abandoned Vehicles
  • Pest Control in communal areas
  • Play areas
  • Tenancy Enforcement – communal ASB type issues
  • Role of Managing Agents
  • Sheds
  • Cycle Stores
  • Refuse/Bin sheds
  • Link to Service Charges.

We'd love to hear your views on what is most important to you that you'd like to see included in the policy.
