Every year, bpha produces a Customer Annual Report to show how we've performed against the standards you can expect from us. You can find out what we've been doing well, where we're making progress and where we've got more work to do.

Feedback on 2022 report

We have attached the latest 2022 edition and would like to hear your feedback on the latest report via the surveys, ideas board and quick polls available at the bottom of this page.

2023 report

We are now starting to plan what content will go into the 2023 Customer Annual Report. To contribute to the 2023 Customer Annual Report, please complete the survey and ideas board for what you would like to see in the new edition. Your involvement will help us to design the report and feedback will go directly to the customer task and finish focus group.

2023 Customer Annual Report Task and Finish Focus Group

We are forming a task and finish focus group to work closely with us to develop the 2023 report. This will help ensure that the information contained in the report is interesting, informative and easily accessible for all customers. If you would like to be part of this group, please email customervoice@bpha.org.uk. As an incentive for your involvement in this group, you will receive a £25 voucher.
